6. A smoking. Yes, it is true, smoking can speed up your metabolism and this can lead to weight loss, but do not start it. Smoking is even worse than being obese.

So, to make a conclusion, intensify your daily activity, eat healthy foods, encourage other people and think positively. It does not actually matter who you are, you can do it and if you are concerned with something, you can always consult your doctor. Do this before you start any weight loss plan.
